Bishops who wish to concelebrate should bring a white concelebrant miter, zucchetto, alb and stole. Chasuables will be provided for bishops. To request a chasuable, please email email@example.com by Thursday, March 21 at 4p.m.
Priests and Deacons
Assisting priests and deacons who would like to vest for March 26 & 27 should bring an alb and a stole. Please be vested and seated in the Crystal room in the rows on the left side, facing the altar 30 minutes prior to the beginning of mass.
A chasuable will be furnished for bishops, however additional vestments for priests and deacons will not be available on site. Please remember to pack your own alb and stole if you wish to serve.
Ushers for all three days are asked to gather in the Crystal Ballroom 1 hour prior to mass. You will be asked to pass out worship aides, assist with flow during the communion procession, and direct those who need accessible seating to the seating space near the doorway closest to the altar. We’ll need at least 2 ushers per 50 people, so 8 ushers are ideal.
Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion
Extraordinary ministers of Holy Communion may be needed for Tuesday, March 26th and Wednesday, March 27th. We are asking for four eucharistic ministers. All four will probably not be called to serve, but things happen, people catch colds, or sleep late and then we need a back up. We’d like few extra people on hand just in case. Please arrive in the Crystal room 20 minutes prior to the beginning of mass and sit behind the priests’ & deacons’ seating area on the left side.
If we don’t call on you to serve, we may ask you to help by providing a headcount to the Bishops’ masters of ceremonies before masses so that we only consecrate what is needed for each day.
If you’d like to be involved in another ministry that you don’t see above, shoot me an email
